Dave has 20+ years of experience as a general contractor. He was involved in the building of hundreds of homes during that time and built many of them from the dirt to the key in the door. He worked as a general contracter before making the leap to home inspector. Dave’s interest in inspecting homes first took him to one of Southern California’s oldest and largest inspection companies. After gaining invaluable experience, he decided to launch his own business: Tri County Inspection Services.
