Buyer’s Home Inspection
Find out why we’ve earned so many repeat customers during the past 20+ years! Our Buyer’s Home Inspection is our most popular residential service. During the walkthrough, we’ll visually examine every critical system and component that’s safe to access, including:
Insurers tend to get nervous when people buy older homes. As a result, they often require a 4-Point Inspection before they’ll extend a homeowner’s policy. As the name suggests, this inspection service focuses only on four primary areas of the home. As such, it does not replace the full Buyer’s Home Inspection.
Pre-Listing / Seller’s Inspection
You could list your home without getting it professionally inspected first, but the odds are high that this will make the property harder to sell. The reason for this is that buyers tend to get cold feet when a lot of undisclosed problems are discovered during their Home Buyer’s Inspection. By finding out what you’re dealing with in advance, you can repair or disclose issues right up front, which will build consumer trust.
New Construction Inspection
Moving into a newly constructed house is one of the most exciting feelings in the world! But before you have the movers bring in all your belongings, it’s wise to get the home professionally inspected. We will look for any construction defects or other issues that should be addressed by your builder. This can save you lots of complications in the long run.
New Construction Phase Inspections
Schedule New Construction Phase Inspections if you want to ensure that your new construction project remains on time and that there haven’t been any serious deviations from the agreed upon blueprints. It’s much easier to get these problems corrected before the construction is completed. We will visit the site multiple times to check the progress, look for any defects, and inform you of any other noticeable issues.
11-Month / Builder’s Warranty
Your new house may appear to be perfect, but the odds are high that there are at least one or two repairs that need to be made. That’s why we provide an 11-Month/Builder’s Warranty inspection service. During this walkthrough, we pay special attention to areas of the home that are covered by your warranty. Be sure to book this service at the 10 or 11-month mark so that there’s time to make any applicable claims.
After the initial inspection is completed, you’ll fill out a home repair addendum. This addendum is meant to give you and the seller an opportunity to agree upon the issues currently present in the home, along with which ones the seller must repair before the sale is completed. With a Re-Inspection service, you’ll receive professional verification that everything was taken care of in the promised manner.
Commercial Building / Property Inspection
Before you purchase a commercial building for your business, be sure to get it fully inspected. We inspect Southern California commercial buildings such as strip malls and storefronts. During this service, we’ll look at the building’s critical systems and components. You’ll receive a comprehensive inspection report to help you decide if the property is right for your needs.
